  • Working with seniors , assisting them in drafting engagement letters and reports. Preparing cost summaries for the team. Managing communication with other juniors in specialist teams.

  • Yes. Communication- through communicating with both team members, other teams and being present in client meetings

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy the programme a lot. It feels good to be stepping straight into the work environment. Everyone at the office is helpful and friendly.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The program is well structured. We periodically have training sessions specific to our service line. WE occasionally have college weeks where we study for one of our exams which build towards the ICAEW ACA qualification.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I receive good support from my employer. I have an apprenticeship coach, buddy and counsellor that I can reach out to any time I need help with anything.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I receive good support. We get time off work for college. It would be great however to receive some days for study leave to help prepare the best,

  • I understand the technical concepts of my day to day job better and know the reason for doing most of the things we do

  • We do occasionally arrange events between us, however there could be more events which would be even better

  • Yes

  • Very helpful, professional firm. Friendly environment and very supportive.

  • Prepare well for interviews and exams so you have a smooth joiner process.
