    • My Role is to learn from the assessors in the academy and then apply that base knowledge of the job out on site, where my training continues, learning from qualified electricians

    • I have learnt to work with my hands and a good knowledge of how systems work and to fault find on a system

    • The allocation of an apprentice could be better , to match the apprentice to the job he will have at the end of his apprenticeship.
