My Role is to learn from the assessors in the academy and then apply that base knowledge of the job out on site, where my training continues, learning from qualified electricians
I have learnt to work with my hands and a good knowledge of how systems work and to fault find on a system
I have really enjoyed the apprenticeship and would recommend to anyone leaving school!
The allocation of an apprentice could be better , to match the apprentice to the job he will have at the end of his apprenticeship.
I have received lots of support from the assessors in the academy and then have guided me through the process.
