    • I have been taking a more active tole in the business learning Korean about financial management and other key roles.

    • Always available when needed. Help given and open to discussion and provide best practice etc

    • Helps to back up the message of the importance of teams and how to navigate changes. Helped me develop alongside my other training programmes
