    • Every day can be different within this work place. After starting at 7 you’re assigned different jobs that help the plant run such as maintenance, fault finding, line projects and upgrades ect.

    • Overall knowledge on electricity, using tools, communication skills, team building and confidence

    • Loads. There’s always support available in all areas if needed

    • You get support from college as well as mentors within the company

    • I think it helps me a lot as it’s based on what you’re working on on site

    • It provides you with loads of support and in general is a great company to work for with a very high standard Apprentice scheme

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Tata Steel?

    • If you’re looking for an apprenticeship in engineering, you should highly consider this place. Make sure you are keen and willing to learn, as well taking an interest in the company.
