    • Speaking directly to b2b customers, working on ongoing projects to improve customer experience and general admin whilst working across multiple platforms.

    • I am a lot more confident with presenting, and my Excel skills have improved. I have enhanced the skills I had already in terms of customer experience.

    • I love my team and the opportunities the company has given to me.

    • This has more room for improvement as due to the fast nature of the industry, it is quite hard to find the time to complete assignments and tasks.

    • My team are great with supporting me on my journey, I think apprentices need to be celebrated even more.

    • They have supported me emotionally when I have been stressed about meeting certain criteria and I have been supported with my project.

    • It has given me the opportunity to partake in projects that I would not have done.
