  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • I work as an admin, which includes payroll, invoicing, rotas and daily day to day running of reception. i also supervise the housekeeping staff, i do staff supervision and appraisal. The maintenance also one of my task, to register a complain and action is my job role. I also do ordering.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I have learned a lot of new skills since the course started, i know the techniques to manage our self and managing people. i learned the finance things. i also upskilled my English and maths knowledge. the content of course is very straight forward and easy accessible. i love working with this team.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy it vey much, as I have some interesting activities to do. the assignment are quite interesting as well. the best part of it is the practical part of it, which I am implementing in my job on daily basis. some of them is common sense but still you don't know until you go through it.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • I tis very well organised and the video are quite useful. I like the quiz thing as well. Which is pretty straight forward and gives a detailed knowledge. I also like that they have workshops which I can join to upskill myself. All over the whole process is very good and i enjoy it.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I am supported very well and my manager is so good in supporting and guiding me. I also had some guidance from my deputy manager. They have been supportive. I like that also I have someone to ask my quires, and i feel so comfortable having them as my back.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I think i always get the response when required, however we are having the regular meet ups. My leader is very good and she explains everything very well, i am having all the required support from her. She is so good and flexible. II feel she is one of the best employee at Paragon.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I didn't had management education before, however i have the work experience but i needed a professional qualification. i feel this course is an advantage and also gonna help me to progress in my management role. I feel i had the right opportunity on right time from my employer.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Yes i do a lot of activities, we recently had a ski pad training, which was a very good example of team work. I also do some activities with manager, like the audits and other form, which is extra, I recently volunteered for my company to work in the job fair as well.

  • 9a. Would you recommend Tricuro to a friend?
  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • Tricuro is a great company and you can easily grow with the company. You will get right support on right time. Tricuro Management and HR is so flexible. we also have forum meetings with the director every 3 months, which gives a better chance of solving and explain the things.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Tricuro?
  • I will say, prepare for the interview, chose the right job and if you are interested in growth this is the right company for you. They give all kind of support, we do have staff activities and the staff here is very supportive. The payroll is good. The rotas are flexible.
