  • Analysing grocery delivery apps and HFSS within these, managing marketing and assets for Virtual Stores on these apps, working alongside ice cream brand teams, the DMC and sales. Interact with internal teams and external clients relating to the grocery apps.

  • Developed my personal skills with confidence and presenting which has improved my process of handling issues. Developed my understanding of Digital Marketing in general and within Unilever.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy the work, but the apprenticeship is bland, confusing and sometimes feels like you are left to your own devises.

  • Okay. Communication is lacking between coaches (especially considering mine left with no notice) and apprentices.

  • Enough, could have more support from the wider team to understand that I have to study and re-amend meetings etc.

  • Some, not much.

  • It helps some what, it has improved my knowledge and understanding but I am unsure with how to implement it sometimes.

  • Team away days to go over the business and its objectives. Apprentice drinks.

  • Yes

  • It is a great place to understand how such a large corporation works and how it impacts the wider FMCG network.

  • Be patient and open minded.
