  • Each day I am responsible for managing my own work load and making sure that I am efficient with my time. I will have meetings internally and with clients each day as well as team catch ups. In my team we focus on a number of different clients and therefore my work will differ depending on what client I am working on.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • It is a great way to learn straight out of school how to conduct yourself within a corporate environment. I have learnt a number of soft skills as well as developing my technical knowledge. I have massively improve my technical knowledge from internal and external training.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I really enjoy my work. It is incredibly flexible and allows me to work when I want. I also have the flexibility to work with who I want as well as what clients I want to. I understand that the program is very long but I feel really well supported and time is flying!

  • Very well organised. You know months in advance when you will have college. There are key teams internally to help with this.

  • Learn as much as you can about the company and try to reach out to family and friends to see if you know of anyone already working for EY that you could contact.
