Creating new accounts, closing new accounts, changing bank details in the system, changing addresses and emails, changing names, phoning customers when changing details.

2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes, I have learnt new ways on using Excel and using equations within this. I learnt how to time manage my work whilst doing college work alongside.

Yes, I enjoy my programme.

My programme is structured and organised very well.

5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive a lot of support from my employer, if I ever need help, she will always be willing to help.

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I receive a lot of support from my training provider, whenever I need help she will always call me on Teams and help me.

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I learn new skills whilst doing the packs set through my training provider. This also links to some tasks I do on a day to day basis.

8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes, we have learning Friday calls, where we come off work for a bit and join a call and learn something new once a month on a Friday.

Yes

They will receive good experience and be able to meet new people. They will also learn new skills everyday and feel confident, be able to be themselves without thinking they will be judged.

10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to L'Oreal?

Make sure you do some research on L'Oréal and learn about the brand.
