Definitely, in the last year I have learnt lots. I have gained more confidence, worked on my skills in a team, communicating with other agencies.

I do really enjoy the programme and feel well supported by my coach, manager and mentor. I have had very different opportunities which have helped me grow in confidence.

Very well organised, I always know what I have due. My coach is very helpful and explains things well, he is also very approachable. We also have workshop lessons which I find very helpful.

Lots of support from my employer, I have both a manager and mentor who directly support me and will look at my assignments with me. They are always willing to take me out on visits with them in order to increase my knowledge.

Lots of support, they are great and are quick to answer any questions. I also get great revision resources from them.

My qualification definitely helps me increase my knowledge everyday which helps with my working role.

We do sometimes have a team trip out on an evening where we will do something like go for a meal or go bowling.

I would definitely recommend, they are very supportive, provide great learning materials, helpful workshops to increase my knowledge and great support for assignments.

I would say it is a great and different opportunity with lots of variety and responsibility.
