  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I have learnt so many key aspects of HR through working towards my qualification, which is then re-enforced in my day to day work.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • There are so many opportunities available, depending on your likes/dislikes. I went on a training course to become a licensed TFL Ambassador, which means I can work in stations when they need extra staff/cover, or for events. I enjoy working shifts as an Ambassador as I get to see a whole different side to TFL, and it helps me understand the operational side of things better.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Transport for London?
