  • Working with customers to book in orders from Nestle warehouses to their depot, submitting shortages, creating return credits and collections for over delivered / unwanted stock.

  • All the skills I have learnt have been new skills such as how to use SAP and ATLAS confidently within my day-to-day role.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy it overall, however the role I am currently doing can become quite repetitive, but I still enjoy it.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • It is very organised and there is constant support there if I am ever unsure about anything regarding the job and personal support.

  • I receive a lot of support if it is needed.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • The university provide a lot of support to ensure I meet deadlines and if additional support is needed they will always help and provide that.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I think within the role i am in now, it doesn’t particularly make me perform better but the knowledge/information provided is useful for some things. As my apprenticeship progresses, it will be very helpful then.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Yes, there are activities to get involved with. These are mainly organised through colleagues.

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • It is a very good company to work for with many benefits, and the existing staff are very welcoming when you first join. There is always support there for you if you need it and you get looked after very well.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Nestle?
  • As it is a huge company to work for, it can seem daunting, but in reality you settle in very quickly so there’s no need to be nervous about it, and all training is provided for the role even if you have never done something like it before.
