  • My role is to take reactive inbound calls and on a day-to-day basis this requires the use of multiple systems alongside good communication skills with both my own team, other teams and other departments.

  • I have learned new skills through the apprenticeship work regarding time management and have also managed to boost my adaptiveness and communication skills.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I find the programme to be a very enjoyable experience and it does feel very rewarding. I have enjoyed the challenges presented to me through the programme.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The structure and organisation of my programme has given me enough time to complete the work in a comfortable manner without overloading me or causing me too much stress.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • Throughout my programme, I would commend my employer on the level and variation of support that they have offered me.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I receive a great deal of support from my employer while I work through my qualifications. They are very supportive and understanding and offer help of all kinds to complete the work and gain the qualification.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I feel that the job role alongside the apprenticeship helps to reaffirm and reiterate key elements of the work in the apprenticeship, and vice versa, the apprenticeship works greatly and helps me understand elements of the job role.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • There are a number of coordinated events held through my employer that I have attended in the past and hopefully more to come in the future.

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • Since I have joined, the staff here and the benefits of the job have been far beyond what I originally imagined. The company truly shows care and appreciation for its employees and apprentices and this is very important for a happy work life.

  • You should apply for it as it is a great opportunity, and once you begin the sky is the limit.
