  • My role as a 360 consultant involves gaining exposure to all departments within consulting and developing skills necessary for when I choose to specialise in a department. I currently work in unstructured analytics which has put me into the world of trader surveillence

  • Coding, powerpoint, networking, soft skills in general such as presenting, understanding client needs, work life balance

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I think it is really good as you do not have to commit to working in a particular field until you are 3 years down the apprenticeship and it gives me a level 4 and level 7 qualifications whilst getting exposure to how the profession works. You are essentially treated like a graduate.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • They have people responsible for different things in your apprenticeship which is good. For example the exams and lectures for my qualification are booked for me. I can go to my resourcing manager for work, or my performance manager for general enquiries about my department..

  • All the resources are provided it is up to you how well you do

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • A lot beyond lecturers. The tutors have a space for any questions which they answer within 48 hours

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • It helps me understand the foundation of businesses and how they operate however not as much as a consultant more or less does not have qualifications but rather gets industry knowledge

  • Yes there is pretty much everything.
