Continuous improvement and managing production to meet tonnage requirements

Yes, several throughout my graduate scheme especially people skills and problem solving techniques.

Overall very good, recent experiences have been more negative of late as I approach the end of the program. Stressful finding a job at the end.

As much support as I need.

It doesn't. Mainly provides the theory behind the common sense of management and requires evidence of what I do on a day to day business.

9a. Would you recommend Nestle to a friend?

Yes

9b. Why?

Good opportunities and stable job. But must be flexible to relocate which is stressful and quite isolating if you're at a remote UK location. Not overly friendly towards young people.

10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Nestle?

Research TPM, continuous improvement methodologies, become familiar with Nestles sustainability vision and how this links with current events. Be aware of the volatility of the economy and how that might be effecting nestle.
