    • Lead a team of 7 operators in my plant which manufactures instant coffee

    • Learnt more on the legal side and on how to motivate, however I have just started my apprenticeship so there is more to come

    • Enjoyable so far, but have only just started

    • First week seemed very crammed, not much input since but help is available

    • A lot of support, they give me time of the job and new opportunities

    • When asked they are relatively quick at replying they do also have support functions like the library

    • Has not changed performance so far but I have only just started the apprenticeship

    • Good company to work for l if you want to progress they are usually accommodating as long as you have the right behaviours

    • In your interview think about structuring your answers and don’t panic
