  • My role consists of over looking cable jointers and getting a feel for the job most of the time also consists of a lot of yard duties eg cleaning the yard and sitting in the office

  • Yes I’ve learnt a little since being here would be more beneficial when with max 2 specific groups instead of being with a different individual everyday

  • If I’m being honest I don’t really enjoy my job it has its perks but definitely space for improvement within the program

  • When if comes to courses my manager always ensures we have sufficient notice and things in place to help us

  • My employer tries to offer e help but still think their is space for improvement but as a apprentice you don’t really get listened to when it comes to certain aspects

  • They always push us to do more which is good and they offer further support when requested

  • Feel as if certain measures need to be put in place to make this place a happier and healthier place


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to E.ON?
  • Get a good insight for the company and get a good feel for the company make sure your happy if you can stay for a month bring a diary weigh your pros and cons and make sure it’s the right place for you
