  • My role is to support others in their roles. As a new joiner, I have little audit experience, so am only performing basic procedures such as sampling and minutes reviews.

  • I've learn a lot, from being more efficient with excel to sampling techniques how an audit works and how each of the financial statements work.

  • Very much, everybody has been incredibly helpful and kind.

  • Its organised well, but the provider BPP could support us better and respond quicker

  • Not a lot that I have experienced so far, but from what I've heard later down in the line a lot of support is given to their employees.

  • They could be a lot better, respond quicker and support us more with our work.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • So far it has helped me a lot with my work, as it gave me a basic understanding of what an audit was and accounting, which then allowed me to use this in my work

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • yes there is too much, 100s of groups to join. I have joined the football, badminton and rugby club.

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • Because of how supportive they have been with my personal circumstances, the environment is so easy to ask questions and friendly. I am so glad I chose to join KPMG.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to KPMG?
  • Make sure to research the company beforehand and what your role actually consists of, whether that's watching videos of peoples experiences to actually asking someone with first hand experience.
