  • Manage multiple contractors, overseeing their performance, delivery and health & safety. Forecast delivery for each month. Manage performance calls, discussing performance figures and actions. Manage any day-to-day queries.

  • I enjoy the workshops and lecture material. I find the workshops quite long, think i would prefer shorter ones more times a week

  • The programme is quite organised, you get the teaching schedule in advance, and know when the assignments will be due for in advance. You can see the structure of the programme and how long each component is.

  • I received full support from my employer, with of the job hours, assignment support and tutor progress review meetings

  • I recieve a good amount of support with ACE team, office hour drop in sessions, draft submission feedback

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I am early on in my qualification so I have only learnt so far and not had much time to apply this to the role. It has bettered my understanding of how my role contributes to a programme, and how other roles also contribute.

  • Understand why you want the job and how your skills can contribute to this. You may need to start on an entry level job but there are lots of progression opportunities
