Get involved in day to day tasks with a jointer and mate. Eg. Doing cut outs, passing tools

I have learnt some good skills. Eg timing. Communication and teamwork skills. Also I have improved previous electrician skills and learnt new electrician skills.

I love the programme that I am on. Really enjoy it

My programme is very well organised and well structured.

I receive as much support as I need, they never turn me away.

I receive a lot of training. They help me out with everything that I need.

EON is a very good company to work for as they look after you well they offer a lot of benefits and offer competitive salaries. Also EON offers alot of opportunities to progress within the company.

If you get on. Put the work in and work hard and EON will progress you forward.
