Carrying out repairs or up and on or remove and re install or lantern replacement

Yes more of a understanding of street lighting and the process behind them and how to dig around under ground services and how they work in-depth and all the theory behind it all

I really enjoy it and love it best job I’ve ever had

It’s organised very well and we know what’s going on

A lot on how to develop in to the best skills and the safest

Just a check in to see how we are getting on and if we are struggling or if we need help or if we need anything in place

Very well as It enables me to be come a jointer/ highways spark and it’s in formative on the dos donts and the legalities behind it

Yes

9b. Why?

Because it’s a good employer and the pay is good after and with a really good pension pot for retirement and the job can be a life long career and the benefits are brilliant as well and your not out of pocket on any of the training and all the tickets you gain are yours and not e.ons

10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to E.ON?

Just apply it’s a good opportunity and they invest in you as a person and be your self and all the people on the tools are sound and easy going if you need help and they want you to pass out at after 4 years
