It is well structured, I know what I need to do and when it needs to be done. I was aware of when classes were on
Very good support - they allow me to have one day off from my normal duties a week for a study day, this allows me to have a good work/life/schooling balance
A good support - I know my tutor is on hand if I need her either my email or text
It allows me to revisit knowledge and work to being more person-centred within my role.
