General administration work, sending emails and communicating with the other employees within the organisation. I used all my skills and knowledge learned throughout my apprenticeship to progress further in my job role. This allowed me to communicate with other employee confidently with no mistakes or issues when resolving the query.
I developed my IT skills when using Excel and more, my communication and knowledge definitely improved during my apprenticeship. My time management skills also become useful to plan my work day effectively.
The programme was very helpful and I enjoyed learning new things with the help of others taking the course and teachers.
It was very well organised, my assessor was a little difficult to contact at times as she worked part time but overall very structured.
I expected more support but the support I did get was helpful.
No extra-curricular activities during my apprenticeship.
Yes
They were very helpful and assisted their students in the correct way.
It’s a great company to progress social skills as it’s such a large organisation.
