My role as an Emergency Department Admin Team Leader is to oversee and manage the admin side of the daily operational running of an Emergency Department.
I have developed skills I already had.
I enjoy the workshop I attend.
The structure could benefit from a review. It is organised, however, communication needs improving.
I have been assigned an internal mentor for the duration of my apprenticeship and where possible, allocated time to do my work.
50/50. Support could be improved. There are times where there is too much work assigned, and unrealistic deadlines set for my work environment which can cause stress and pressure to achieve.
It is a perfect match for the job I am performing on a daily basis.
