I work as a Team Leader, managing up to 60 people who all triage patients. I am there support if they need advice on any of their calls, carry out their 121s, appraisals, completing and analysing managers reports, managing sickness and welfare calls as well as day to day admin duties.
I have only just started the course but looking forward to the learning,
The workshops are good as I enjoy learning about the different tools and theories as well as the topic learning.
It's taken a while to learn the Web site, I feel a workshop is needed right at the start to explain everything in detail and go through the different forms or have a workbook that we can have at home.
The service is always busy so hard to get the 121 on my shifts.
Documents submitted take too long to be reviewed for submission.
Very good for my team leader role
Yes I'm involved in a couple of groups for example development and culture
Yes
It's good to have training relevant to your role.
Make sure you do have the time and commitment to be able to complete the course.
