  • When compelteing Apprenticeship i was section manager, ensuring my area was running as expected, managing people & process. Ensuring we were as efficent & productive as possible.

  • Loads. Espically regarding managing my time, process improvements and understanding business needs.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I did really enojoy it but at times found the work a lot. It was hard to balance my time but i suppose thats part of committing to the programme

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Very- plan was given to me from the begining. We followed a structure and i always knew where i was

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • Enough. I was given the time to complete my work & the work well to celebrate success once completed

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • My coach from remit said she couldnt do enough to help me. She really was such an amazing support and it made the experince so much better

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • 100%. Whilst i am in a different type of role now i utilse all that i learnt to make me a better leader. I know once back in a leadership role i can really apply the tools and practices i learnt.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Not that i know of at the moment. I think COVID stopped a lot of this but hopefully things will start appearing again.

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • Great employer. Wouldn’t be the person I am without them. Supportive both personally & professionally. Have really helped me follow my career dream and still support me every day.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to E.ON?
  • do it now! Be you, be hardworking and show an interest. You get out what you put in and i really believe that is the case with E.ON. If you want to achieve work hard and they will support you
