My responsibilities include: Conducting pre-pitch checks and getting a sign off from managers Creating and sending out AddIntel flyers Running and growing the cluster Instagram Booking in viewings Answering the phones when needed
I have gained more confidence when it comes to talking to people face-to-face and over the phone. I have improved with my attention to detail. I have also improved on my initiative.

It helps me when it comes to understanding business in general but I think my role helps more with the learning side of my apprenticeship.

It is a great way to start of your career and an apprenticeship allows you to figure out what you want to do if you are unsure of where in estate agency you want to go.
