    • I've learned alot during my time at motus so far, I feel I'm gaining confidence all the time and being given more responsibility

    • I love coming to work and feel I'm constantly learning new skills and tequniques

    • It is very well structured, my mentor and I work though a step by step plan to make sure everything makes sense

    • Lots of support, I struggle with reading but my mentor and workshop controlled always give me all the support I need

    • The training team are very helpful
