  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • Personal skills, Speaking about personal objectives, I feel like I have grown a lot as a person here and I’m a lot more confident. I happily communicate with all members of staff (including senior) and feel comfortable approaching anyone when necessary. I cope well with the workload and find managing my time very doable, I have also learnt how to priorities tasks. I am so grateful for the HR team; they always make me feel supported and ensure I’m getting on well. I have been able to achieve all of this from the help of my line manager, she never puts me under pressure but always makes sure I’m occupied and busy with work. I feel heard and valued within the team and always feel comfortable talking to her whenever I require help. Overall, I am very happy at TB&A and look forward to continuing to develop here/what the future holds.
