  • To carry activates such as design tasks, meetings, site visits in order to complete design projects.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I have learned the core fundamentals of engineering principles mechanically and within physics like thermodynamics and electrical principles. Which has furthered improved my maths, science, English core skills. in addition to new design aiding software that i use regulary.

  • I enjoy being apart of team and working to deliver something to the best of my ability, in the various sectors I work in and seeing a real life affect within the communities i work for.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • There is a clear direction on what i need to complete and what comes next to progress to the next level. My day to day tasks vary depending on the project and lack any sort of checklist to follow in order to complete KSBs but with the range of work and responsibilities i undertake they are covered.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I believe i receive great support from my employer from many different levels within the company, I feel very well looked after and considered during wider decisions for the business with apprentice development being the forefront factor within deciding a plan of action

  • I believe I receive a adequate amount of support, i am allowed to complete my qualifications while making sure my responsibilities at work are balanced as not to overbear on my external education.

  • I think that there a elements which are crucial towards my role to understanding the deeper theory as to why some procedures and everyday practices are as they are and not just common assumptions.

  • there are many events within the industry and company to be a part of, in terms of networking and the occasional social event hosted for by work.

  • I believe its a great place to start your journey within the construction industry as an engineer, with guaranteed support and a wide range of projects to be involved and learn form.

  • To do research on the company and the industry to know who TBA are and what we do and the the things we stand for as a company. To find a relate to something your passionate about and why being a Troups would be a great choice.
