  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • I think my programme is organised to an extent as I know personally that people I have worked with help me to achieve the criteria that my training provider has issued however i think that my programme could be more organised as to start I don't think that my line manager knew what kind of work to give me.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • Personally, I receive so much support from my employer especially my line manager. My Line manager and myself have weekly meetings to catch up on tasks that i have done throughout the week and also just to check in on how i am feeling mentally and that the workload is getting on top of me. We also have fortnightly review meetings with the director of my team with all other apprentices to show what we have been working on.
