I have learnt how to work in an office envirnoment and the professionalism and policies that go with that.
I really enjored the programme but I feel my tutor could have been more involved and more helpful.
Very well structured
My employer was very undertsanding about when I needed to take extra time off work to focus on the apprenticeship.
He would meet with me once a month and would have very little contact with me through the rest of the time. He was lovely and we got along, but was not available to me and gave vague feedback to my work. Had to ask mulitple times for help
I have learnt how to be ore organised and to keep better track of my tasks and times.
I am part of the LGBT Staff Network but there are multiple others to join.
No
I don't talk to my friends about apprenticeships.
