My role is varied and that means that no two days are the same but my main focus is to ensure the continuing production and creation of high quality products in line with our brand strategy and plans.
Since studying the CMDA I have become more confident in areas such as finance and economics and the impact that this has on my business and on a more global level.
I really enjoy the course and feel it has been very beneficial for my progression.
it is clearly laid out and structured, I feel confident that it has ensured I too am more organised.
I have support from my place of work which I believe to be sufficient
I have plenty of support available from my training providers and know where I can go when I need help
I am more confident in the things that I say and how I communicate. I have to be confident in my ability to place work in a list of priority order because of balancing work and CMDA work.
