  • I have strengthened my presentation and public speaking skills, and have learnt a lot more about the wider marketing function

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoyed the fact that the apprenticeship was easily incorporated as part of my role. Seminars were held remotely every two weeks, this was good as it was manageable alongside my paid role.

  • It was well structures. There were clear topics and objectives at the start of each seminar.

  • My employer was very supportive during my apprenticeship. Always protecting time, and willing to be flexible on additional study days as and when I needed them.

  • I received monthly one to one support sessions, and was encouraged to reach out if I needed to

  • It has aided me to feel more confident about my role, and has opened up more career pathways

  • Ring the hiring manager before interview, to express your interest in the role and why you're the best person for the job. This will make you stand out in the hiring managers mind when they come to shortlist/interview.
