Providing daily administrative and secretarial support to 6 consultants, 2 wards and a unit.
I have learnt skills in management and leadership which I am using in my current role.
Very much, it has helped develop my skills and confidence within my role and myself.

I receive a lot of support, advice, guidance and encouragement from my employer.
I receive a great amount of support from my training provider who is always available to answer my queries and offer advice when needed.
It has given me more confidence and understanding in managing people. It has created new opportunities for me.
