I enjoy meeting new people and furthering my skills and studying, the programme allows me to expand and develop and add to my CV by the skills it shares through the programme. The team i am working with help and support me with my apprentice and allow me time and space to complete it. This meets my expectations completely and allows me to gain new skills.
The team is great at responding to my emails in a timely manner and making sure i am ok before sending me off to complete my work. I have regular meetings with my tutor that allow me to complete my work in a timely manner instead of waiting to hear back from her, which means it is well organised and supportive.
The support i receive from my employer is supportive and kind they allow me the time and place in order for me to complete my work in the time frame i have and let me do it from where ever i am comfortable. They want me to do well and succeed in order to have a full time job working for them.
