  • Yes I have learnt many new skills and improved my knowledge, learnt new ways of coaching and different management styles and learning styles. Project management also

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoyed the programme and learning new things and up skilling myself but I found it difficult to balance learning and work and home life. I found that work didn't give me any time to learn and had to fight to have time to see my learner and most often had to everything in my own time which impacted heavily on family time

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The programme was very well structured, unfortunately covid happened which stopped my course and much of my face to face contact with my tutor

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I found support front my employer/ manager was very poor. I often had to change my calls with my tutor as I would be made to work even, I had to go to the class room sessions on my days off as manager wouldn't alow me to have it as a work day. I even had to fight to get time to sit my exams and professional discussions as my manager kept putting me on shift, I even received txt messages and calls asking me when I would be at work while I was on call doing my professional discussions.

  • My training provider lifetime were fantastic gave md all the tools needed to achieve my targets

  • The new knowledge helps me to perform to a higher standard
