Replenishing stock from deliveries, operating tills, managing queues, keeping the store clean and unobstructed, dealing with customer concerns, maintaining stock control.
Learnt key communication, team work, gained confidence, problem solving, pace of work.
The work is enjoyable as its always different daily, the team is amazing and everyone in the company is great. It meets expectations and I really enjoy it.
Induction and training was brilliant with tons of support provided at all times. Support from trainers was also amazing and were helpful to both the studying and anything at the workplace. There is always someone to help.
I receive lots of support from both any members of staff as well as my mentor. It is always available when I need it, with guidance provided.

The qualification has opened my mind into everything that may effect the business. I have learnt new skills and developed some such as communication, which has led to me keep customers happy and helps me fit with the team. Learnt how the whole industry works.
We always get along with each other outside of work so tend to do any activities such as 5km runs, football, bowling, etc.
