    • I am given smaller tasks to code the problem on a raised issue. I have meetings and shadow other mentors to enhance my skills.

    • I have learn to code new programming languages as well as develop my business management and organisational skills.

    • Although at times it can be difficult I enjoy problem solving

    • Very well organised as their is a team dedicated to apprentices enhancement.

    • We have weekly updates and there ais always the opportunity to ask for help.

    • We receive ample amount of help as we can ask more experienced colleagues or get an extra study day.

    • I believe it will allow me to perform to the best of my ability as I am learning the key factors needed.
