1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My role differs day to day as there are various opportunities to take part of. Day to day I will complete training, take part in shadowing sessions. I will join networks within my firm and also volunteer my time for different projects.

Yes several. Learning how to program is a big skill I've been learning.

I enjoy it a lot. it's a lot to learn but i've felt supported at every step.

There isn't much out of place.

A lot.

A lot. There is mental health support and so on.

Helps with discipline and being consistent. It gives a snapshot of what we can apply into our role.
