  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The programme had a solid induction both in terms of support from the skills coach and in terms of the number of sessions that were offered from the trainers. There are monthly workshops covering the core components of the course and plenty of follow up sessions for questions etc. Monthly reviews with my skills coach are also beneficial and I'm able to reach out at any point for help and support. The website has a wealth of resources too which make independent learning easier.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • My employer allows me plenty of help and support. Aside from my skills coach assigned to me through the programme, I'm able to freely contact my manager and HR team for support should I need this. There is an environment where you are not looked down on for asking for support, rather this is encouraged to maximise the outcome of the course.

  • I am looking to transition into a leadership role eventually so this course is preparing me with the basic skills needed that I'm able to build on in my role. A large portion of my role is building relationships, managing these, dealing with conflict queries that arise, problem solving and managing workloads - all of which are key components covered in the course.
