  • My role involves running the social media channels, creating a wide range of content such as videos, photography, graphics, blogs and more.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I have learnt many editing skills such as using the adobe software. This was something I was unable to do before my apprenticeship and I now use it daily.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I thoroughly enjoy the programme. I've received lots of support and guidance and I really enjoy how creative it is.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The programme is very well structured from the academy sessions to the one-to-one meetings with the development coach. I know exactly what's happening and if there's an issue, there is always someone there to support.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I receive lots of support. I have regular meetings and catch ups to discuss my progress and go over anything that I may be struggling with.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I have received lots of support from my training provider when working towards my qualification. I have had regular meetings and sessions to help me prepare.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I have been able to tailor my sessions for what I feel I need most support in. This has allowed me to utilise what I've learnt in those sessions into my day-to-day role.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • There are plenty of social activities, boards, networking events that I can get involved in which has been great for overall team culture.

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • The Juice Academy has allowed me to develop the skills I need to secure a career in an industry I have a strong interest in. The training and support is great and the day to day job role is really creative.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to The Juice Academy?
  • Reach out and ask questions if you're unsure of anything, but most of all, put your application in and go for it. If you're successful in your application you are set to develop skills for an exciting career.
