  • Mechanical maintenance Fitter role as an apprentice involves training to become a maintenance Fitter. Fitting new parts, keeping equipment maintained, checks on the lifespan of components.

  • Pipe fitting, gasket making, gearbox maintenance, fluid system work, crane driving, fork lift driving.

  • To a great extent, its enjoyable to go to work.

  • Quite well organised with college, university, courses and site time.
