  • I am given regular client-facing responsibilities and tasks that stretch me and help me learn. For example, desk-research tasks, assembling reports or presentations, and financial analyses

  • Many; I have developed skills across the Office suite of programs, but particularly PowerPoint and Excel, I have learnt how to carry out a variety of anlyses, financial, non-financial, qualitative and quantitative

  • I thoroughly enjoy the program, although the working hours are sometimes slightly longer than I would choose.

  • There is very clear structure. You always know who you are responsible to and who to go to for help about different things.

  • We receive lots of support. We are given training materials and paid time off for study, workflow leaders are understanding and considerate of study and other commitments.

  • We are given time and resources to work towards qualifications; however, the employer does not directly assist or support with learning.

  • It has improved my understanding of business and the financial world, which can only be helpful.
