  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I have so far been studying towards my level 4 project management qualification where I have so far learned different elements for how to manage a project such as budget planning, different project resources, scope management and many more. I have also developed my skills in my role by working alongside my manager to develop my skills while using Sitecore so I have a larger knowledge of how to build out content on the platform used to build sage.com. I have also learned how to use Jira and raise bugs and user stories to our web development team. I have also developed my teamworking skills as I have recently been able to share my knowledge of Sitecore with new members of my team.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

  • 9a. Would you recommend Sage to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • There is a sense of community at Sage, everyone is friendly and you always feel that the work you do is valued. I have made lots of friends from across various different departments all at a apprenticeship level and those on the same course support each other.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Sage?
  • Be yourself, look at the responsibilities of the role your applying for and tailor them to your own experiences. Take an opportunity to find out more about Sage in preparation for your interview and express what makes you the correct candidate. Don't feel intimidated if you are part of an online onboarding this is something I worried about however the team made it feel really comfortable all around.
