1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

As a Web Operations apprentice I would look at the inner workings of marketing and the way in which team collaborate in attempt to improve the way teams work together. We create various reports for Stakeholders involved in various project and communicate changes/governance out to the wider organization.

I have learn a few new skills around my role and various software's we utilize.

I generally enjoy my day to day activities

It is fairly well structured, however, sometimes it is hard to know exactly what is expected of you on a day to day basis.

I get enough support.

Hard to say as I have just had my first session.
