    • underwrite customers who are applying for finance on a vehicle. We do this by checking their credit file, where they live, what they do so profiling and many more little things

    • I have learnt multiple new skills since starting here and also developed me into a good underwriter

    • love it and really enjoy my job, never a dull day

    • yeah well structured, always a good plan in place for when i want to achieve something

    • an incredible amount, weekly meetings, can always call and make time if I'm having a issue, no complaints at all

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

    • very large amount, lots of ways of helping and setting me on the right path. Couldn't ask for anymore

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

    • started my job knowing absolutely nothing, but now i could give you an in depth overview about every department, regulation which is in finance, and overall would say I'm quite knowledgeable about what happens in automotive finance

    • yes always something going on. We have lots of social events and also volunteering

    • amazing company, everyone is super nice, very supportive of any issues, overall feel very lucky to work here

    • know what you are applying for and do some reason on the different departments
