  • I really enjoy my MDP programme as its giving me a much larger insight to my job role and helping me to become a much more hands on manager that people will look up too

  • I think the programme is very organised. I have regular workshops to attend and also 1-1 visits with my trainer. I can email my trainer at any time for support

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • My manager was the one that recommended I do this course as she thought it would be a great opportunity for me to develop so she has always been supportive of me doing the course. When I need anything I just ask her and she helps me as much as possible

  • Theres alot of support available

  • I think this course has definitely helped me progress in my role, I feel much more confident and I am learning new things all the time. It has definitely helped me with my progression into my manager role

  • My work doesnt really have an activities but I do get involved on planning events such as Mothers Day, Easter, Fathers Day, Christmas. Outside of work I like to catch up with friends, watch netflix, read

  • Yes

  • I think Greene King is a fantastic company to work for, they look after their team and customers very well. They also give you the chance to progress and develop


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Greene King?
  • I think the whole process is straight forward. There are a few training courses you need to complete and there will always be new ones needing done which can be hard to find time to get done but it is important you make time as they are important for your job role
