    • responsible for 15 front line agents coaching performance inline with organisation KPI's. Keeping HR records up to date including end to end absence management, capability management and training records.

    • Ive learnt a lot of new skills throughout my apprenticeship especially around reward for performance. I found the recruitment unit enhanced my previous skills too.

    • alot, through lockdown and the pandemic it gave me something to focus on.

    • Very well organised with upfront schedules to see what you would be learning through each unit.

    • Due to under resourcing and high utilisation at times I was left very unsupported.

    • Monthly 1-1's but also knew where to find support if needed.

    • alot, not only in this role but it will help me with future roles too

    • social activities yes which include a sports team.
