  • Managing a team of 20 people, up to 12 at a time. I conduct food and liquor stocks and orders. I also set financial forecasts and review P&L Reports. making the business run smoothly.

  • I have learnt how to be more approachable to a range of different clients and also how to deal with conflict. my financial skills have been develop and my leadership techniques

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I really enjoy it. I am learning something new every session and being able to apply it to my day-to-day work already. I am struggling with time management as I work 48h already plus the hours for the course

  • Initially I didn't think it was organised very well as there wasn't must communication, however now I feel like it is very organised and I know exactly what to do.

  • I get a lot of support, and anything I need from them for the course I get. sometimes I am having to go to workshops on my days off as there are no hours for me to go down as passive

  • I receive a lot of support. whenever I ask for help or support I get it and I feel a lot better when my questions are answered

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I know a lot more than what I initially did, its bettering my performance already and people have praised me on how my attitude and knowledge has improved massively .

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • we have recently set up a 5 a side football team. we also do staff activities as and when we can.
